Trickster's Wake is an urban fantasy fiction novel for adults currently in development. It is set in a world that blends 1920s LA with late 19th Century UK and features a strong female lead.

Anthropological Research

Christopher studies the creative process among writers in Iceland and how these intersect and overlap with processes of social and cultural change.

Iceland in Other Words: A Zine of Ethnographic Fiction

Working with academics, not-for-profits, and creatives, Ellipsis Editing helps writers hone their message, improve their writing, and prepare for publication. ​

Hafnar.Z!nes
The Hafnar.Z!ne series was an experiment in collaborative community DIY publishing. Drawing together the energy and genius of Iceland's largest creative community, the zines were each unique. Christopher was editor for five of the nine issues.

Ós The Journal, Issue 7

As a member of the editorial board, Christopher is working with the others on the Ós team to produce Ós – the Journal, issue 7, a polyphonic collection of creative works.

The 3 Beards

With illustrator Luke Marcatili and sound designer Matt Trapl, Christopher was founder and lead writer of independent game design studio, Nogoodnik Games. ​Their first project, The 3 Beards, can be downloaded here.

Living With Monsters Symposium
​
In 2017, Christopher was conference coordinator for the Living with Monsters Symposium, University of Sydney. The Symposium was led by Doctor Yasmine Musharbash.​​ Papers were edpublished in 2020 by Bloomsbury in the volume Monster Anthropology.

Fantastica Publishing
Fantastica was an imprint of Xoum/Brio Books. Christopher was a volunteer commissioning editor at Fantastica in 2014 and 2015 and provided editorial feedback on The Last Circus on Earth, by B.P. Marshall in 2019.

Sightlines: UTS Writers Anthology
Sight Lines is the 28th collection from the prestigious Creative Writing program at the University of Technology Sydney. Sight Lines showcases fiction, memoir, scriptwriting and poetry from some of Australia’s most striking young voices. Christopher was on the editorial committee.
